Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date for unopened and unused products.
- Due to the nature of consumable goods, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.
- Once returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a credit to your wholesale account for future purchases.
Exchanges
- If you’d like to receive a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order once your return has been confirmed and credit has been made available to your account. Exchanges may be accepted within 30 days of original purchase.
- Price differences will be charged or credited accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Products
- Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order if any items arrive damaged or defective.
- We may request photos to better assist with the resolution.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please submit your request via our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Once completed, our customer service team will assist with the return label and solution for your order.
To complete this form, you’ll want to have the following information available for submission:
– Your order number
– The product(s) you’re returning
– The reason for the return
Vape Shipping Compliance – PACT Act Requirements
As of 2021, all vape products fall under the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act, including hemp-derived, non-nicotine items such as THCa and Hemp vapes.
Due to this federal regulation:
- We ship all vape products through PACT Act-compliant carriers only.
- Deliveries require age verification at delivery, and in some cases may take slightly longer than standard shipments due to added compliance steps.
- Vape products cannot be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
All non-vape products will continue to be shipped using standard carriers.
This policy ensures legal compliance, protects your shipments, and helps avoid disruption or confiscation during transit.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions
- Habit is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to sender (RTS) due to address errors, the customer will be responsible for all associated return shipping costs and reshipment fees.
- Any shipping issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of the last tracking update.
- We will do our best to assist with resolution, but final responsibility lies with the customer and the carrier in use.
Legal Disclaimer
On certain products we rely on our manufacturing and production partners to test these products to ensure compliance with the 2018 Federal Farm Bill, and we only accept such products that come with a compliant, “full panel” Certificate of Analysis (COA) issued by an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory.
As such, we are not responsible for any products that ultimately are determined to be not in compliance with the 2018 Federal Farm Bill or with your state and local laws and regulations. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to understand and comply with all such laws and regulations regarding the possession, sale, and distribution of these products. We recommend that you have all products separately tested for compliance with an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory to ensure full compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.
